As a Real Estate Broker over the years, I have played alot of different roles. Sometimes I have played a coach helping agents in making a game plan. There have been times where I have led my team down the field of the sales process, calling plays and orchestrating the team's success. As a trainer I have trained young Realtors in skills such as time management, ABC's of closing, greetings, follow up and the basics of sales. As the Broker or Sales Manager, it is important to determine what role you need to play to ensure your company's success. We don't know if our team is going to win the super bowl of Real Estate. But, by knowing our strength's and weakness as Team leader it will help us determine our best management style. Then we can lead our team members through the season, maximize their personal potential and score more touchdowns (closings).
